Our printers work with both iOS and Android smartphones through a free label design app. You can also print using your tablet or laptop.
Simply download the app, connect via Bluetooth, and start printing.
How do I design my labels?
Using the free app you can:

Are the printers rechargeable & portable?
Yes, our printers are portable & rechargeable via USB and provide long-lasting battery life. Once charged, your printer is completely portable and you can take it with you anywhere, printing labels on-the-go.
Can I print my business logo?
Yes! Many small businesses use their printers to print their logos, product labels, price tags, packaging labels and QR codes.
You can upload your logo directly into the app.

Can I create custom designs?
Yes, our app let's you customize your labels with different fonts, symbols, borders, and icons, making it easy to add a personal touch to every label. It’s a great way to create unique labels for special occasions, school supplies, or personal projects!
If you have an already made design or logo, simply import it directly onto the app and print!
Can I print in colour?
Our printers use thermal technology which makes them completely ink-less! This is super economical because you never have to replace cartridges but it can only print in black. However, we do have a large variety of patterned and colorful labels for you to choose from for that pop of colour!
Is there a warranty for my printer?
Yes, all our printers come with a one-year warranty.

Where do we ship to?
We offer free nationwide shipping, so you can order from anywhere in South Africa and we will deliver to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location as we ship out from Johannesburg, but most orders arrive within 2-9 business days.

Can I return my order?
Yes absolutely - if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Do you offer help setting up the printer?
Yes! We provide simple setup guides and tutorials to help you get started quickly.
You will also receive an in-depth app tutorial sent to you via email after placing your order so you can get better equipped with your printer before it arrives.
