Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS 

Please note that you have 7 days to return an item if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@labelly.co.za.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the item to us. You can use your own couriers, or we can help assist you with our courier company. The original fee to ship your item to you will also be deducted for us to cover our courier costs, this amount is R60 and will be deducted from your order total.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When you get your order:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace the defective item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, this can take 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a label roll, you can either visit our offices in Linksfield and do a direct swop, or alternatively ship the roll back to us at your own expense and we will ship your new roll back to you.
